sr.ht integration

Allow projects to link titles and descriptions from https://todo.sr.ht with just a few clicks, ideally multiple in batch.

Not sure how to handle changes to descriptions and titles. Maybe just request them from sr.ht every time? Seems a little inefficient, and potentially spammy.
